It's National Breastfeeding Week 2020.

Becoming a mother in 2020 has been more challenging than ever before with many valuable breastfeeding support groups cancelled due to Covid-19. To acknowledge these difficulties and to celebrate National Breastfeeding Week 2020 we have sent maternity hospitals, breastfeeding groups and lactation consultants around the country Multi-Mam Breastfeeding Support Kits for their new mothers.

In addition, Galway based GP Dr. Laura Lenihan will be on Elaine on Virgin Media One this Tuesday 6 Oct to discuss breastfeeding, Multi-Mam and how to support new mothers on their breastfeeding journey.
