Covid-19 Safety In Store

While Covid-19 has significantly impacted the way we work, we have put in place measures to keep both our customers and staff safe during this time. In addition to strict hand sanitising protocols our sales team wear face masks and record each store visit on our state-of-the-art CRM system. This ensures we have a record of everyone our Territory Managers have been in contact with should it be needed.

Speaking about working in this new environment, Territory Manager Brian Kissane notes that although it has its challenges “Pharmacy staff are pleased to see you and appreciate the call. Face to face interaction generates more conversation and a creates a greater opportunity to answer any queries, it also creates a sense that we are there to support each other in these difficult times.”
